Sea Logistics Training Intern

Your Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Utilize Bloom's Taxonomy to develop objectives for training courses
  • Design and develop effective instructor-led course materials with clear strategies to achieve desired learning objectives
  • Understand what exists within the current training content landscape and when appropriate, adjust existing training to meet learning objectives
  • Maintain, evaluate, and revise existing learning content
  • Create adult learning solutions through various methods such as eLearning, instructor-led, self-pace, and virtual instructor-led
  • Partner with subject matter experts to analyze performance gaps, design, develop, and deliver engaging content for a variety of audiences and delivery modes
 
Competencies:
  • Currently pursuing or recently obtained an undergraduate or graduate degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or other relevant field of study.
  • High proficiency and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced experience in PowerPoint
  • Understanding of adult learning theory and application
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills with ability to successfully deliver and communicate complex technical training concepts
  • Comfortable in environments with shifting priorities and managing ambiguity
  • Open collaborative style; ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
