Overview: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to fill various roles within our organization. The Healthcare Recruiter plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services by attracting and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future staffing needs.

Candidate Screening:

  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles within the healthcare organization.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and preferences.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and industry organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the organization as an employer of choice

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve the organization's recruitment strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
