Summer Intern, Human Capital

Summer Intern, Human Capital – Training and Performance Management 

We are looking for a Summer Intern to join our Human Capital team in White Plains, NY. If you have a passion for human resources and continuously developing new skills, we want to hear from you! This role will primarily focus on taking information from our legacy performance management system and importing it into our new system. This is a great opportunity for a student to learn the training and performance management role within a consulting firm. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support rollout of a new performance evaluation system 
  • Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy of data
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Learn and support training program
  • Opportunity to attend Human Capital team meetings to gain exposure to other areas 
  • Work on special projects as needed
  • Part time work schedule – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm in our White Plains, NY office, with an opportunity to work additional hours as needed 

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges
  • Willing to travel to NERA’s New York City office and work flexible hours when necessary
