Talent Acquisition Intern - Onsite (Cleveland, TN)

Olin Chlor Alkali Products and Vinyls, a division of Olin Corporation, is seeking business, marketing, or human resources students to fill the Talent Acquisition Intern position.  This position will be located at the Cleveland, TN office.  

Our college recruiting program is aimed at students who have completed their sophomore year of college or beyond.  Students in our college program are encouraged to work at different Olin plants, divisions and business functions as they progress from one assignment to the next.

Talent Acquisition Intern Daily Activities:

  • Support the College Recruiting Program through the full recruitment cycle
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports as needed
  • Schedule interviews, appointments and meetings, maintain various calendars, and other logistical details
  • Assist with event coordination for the College Recruiting Program
  • Manage communication and content for events and social platforms
  • Build positive professional working relationships with employees, representatives, students, and others

Talent Acquisition Intern Requirements:

  • Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Human Resources, Marketing, or business-related degree program. 
    • Must be enrolled in a local college or university and within a reasonable commute of an Olin worksite if working part-time while completing courses
    • Housing stipend is provided for students living 50 or more miles from an Olin location and working full time in lieu of their normal semester.
  • Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (Documentation required). Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
  • Must have completed sophomore year prior to assignment with Olin.
  • Ability to work part time (20 hours a week) during normal business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST) if working while going to local classes; relocating students are expected to work 40 hours a week. Not eligible for virtual work. 
  • Must have a valid US driver's license. 
  • Prior Olin internship or co-op experience preferred.
