Job Description: We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing and creating content for our social media platforms, engaging with our community, and helping us expand our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and mentions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online interactions.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is a plus.
