No Hourly Billing

Baker Holtz is unique – we don’t track and bill the time spent serving our clients. Through constant communication with our clients, we work to discover their objectives and discuss the value of our services with them. This mindset allows our associates to eliminate the stress that comes with timesheets and focus instead on meeting the needs of our clients.

Continual Professional Development

Our Associate Development Program aligns your personal goals with the firm’s strategic plan. Associates at Baker Holtz have opportunities for Continuing Professional Education that allows our firm to stay on the leading edge of technical expertise.

Very Low Associate-To-Partner Ratio

Associates have daily contact with senior associates and partners. These relationships allow for continual mentoring and feedback as your skills and career develop.

Diverse Client Industries Offer Comprehensive Business Education

The diverse set of clients that Baker Holtz serves gives our associates a broad business operations overview. Our associates come to understand accounting issues across different industries – a perspective that allows our team to see the ingredients of business success firsthand.

Opportunities for Advancement

Baker Holtz was built on the growing skills of our staff, and we expect to continue that growth in the years ahead. As we introduce more talented accountants to the business, we in turn will introduce them to opportunities where they can develop their management, leadership and client service skills.

We value those individuals with excellent people skills, ties to West Michigan and a desire to serve clients. If this describes you, and you think you’d be a good fit for Baker Holtz, we’d like to hear from you.
