The Business Systems Consulting ENVISION  Internship Program 

Our ENVISION internship program is nationally recognized and serves as a launching pad for your professional journey. 

The team member will be a part of the Business Systems Consulting Team working alongside our other team members providing their expertise for current and proposed. The team member should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with our engagement leaders to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for customers’ projects. The following are additional duties and responsibilities expected of this role:

 

Responsibilities Of Intern With The Assistance of Guide/Team

  • Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes, and technology)
  • Convert records for input into new systems
  • Consult with clients on best practices related to their business processes
  • Quickly learn systems and applications, and be able to assist clients with system implementation and restructure projects
  • Participate in conversations with a variety of businesses in multiple industries about how to achieve their business goals
  • Assist with preparing key findings and analysis reports on client systems
  • Leading and/or participating in special projects and activities as assigned.

Additionally, you will participate in engaging professional development seminars and contribute to ongoing community service projects, allowing you to cultivate unique and fulfilling experiences. 

 

Listed below is a snapshot of the responsibilities and expectations for an ENVISION Intern:

    • Researches and consults on various tax projects/matters
    • Learns to apply Information Technology tools and tax software to be used for preparation
    • Receives exposure to the preparation and timeliness of business correspondence

    • Receives direct experience visiting with and/or working on client matters
    • Learns to apply exemplary work habits and maintain confidentiality at all times
    • Builds sense of teamwork by becoming part of client service team

Listed below are the requirements for ENVISION Interns:

  • Must be either a business, accounting, or management major
  • Preference is for students to be a graduated junior or senior by the time the internship commences
  • Must have a GPA of 3.25 or greater
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
