Digital Media Group Intern - FALL INTERNSHIP

Cultivate, OneHope’s esteemed internship program, draws on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. It provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their calling, enhance their faith and leadership skills, improve ministry practices, and connect with the global church. Our aim is to equip college students and recent graduates with essential training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in ministry work.

We are excited to welcome creative and driven individuals to our Digital Media Group as Digital Media Interns. This role is ideal for those passionate about digital media, content creation, and social media management. You will use your skills in digital media and communication to contribute to our projects and support our digital outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in producing engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts that align with our mission and goals.
• Social Media Management: Support the management of social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Digital Campaigns: Contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, online ads, and promotional materials.
• Content Research: Conduct research on digital media trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis to inform content strategy.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including organizing digital files, preparing reports, and maintaining content calendars.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Media team, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute to the planning and execution of digital projects.

• Basic proficiency in digital media editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
