Technology & Operations Intern - FALL INTERNSHIP

Cultivate, OneHope’s esteemed internship program, draws on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. It provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their calling, enhance their faith and leadership skills, improve ministry practices, and connect with the global church. Our aim is to equip college students and recent graduates with essential training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in ministry work.

We are excited to welcome proactive and tech-savvy individuals to our Technology & Operations team as Technology & Operations Interns. This role is ideal for those interested in technology solutions, operational processes, and supporting the seamless execution of our projects and initiatives. You will use your skills in technology and operations to contribute to our mission and enhance our organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Technology Management: Support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT systems, software, and hardware.
  • Operational Support: Help streamline operational processes by analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Data Management: Help manage and analyze operational data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • User Support: Provide support to team members and end-users by addressing technology-related issues and assisting with software and hardware inquiries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Technology & Operations team members, participate in meetings, and contribute to project discussions and strategy sessions.
