Role Description
This is a hybrid internship role as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in Ann Arbor, MI. As a Financial Representative Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day financial tasks, including financial planning, insurance policy research, retirement planning, and investment analysis. You will work closely with our team to gain hands-on experience and help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Financial Planning, Insurance, and Finance skills
- Experience or knowledge in Retirement Planning and Investments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus
