2025 IT CRM Analytics Summer Internship

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Summer Intern: Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce CRM analytics (CRMA) solutions. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the efficient use of Salesforce data to drive business decisions and improve customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce CRMA Development: Assist in the development and customization of Salesforce CRM dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools.
  • Data Integration: Support the integration of Salesforce data with other systems and data sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to various business units.
  • Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data quality by helping to implement and maintain data governance best practices within Salesforce.
  • User Support: Provide end-user support for Salesforce analytics features, including troubleshooting issues and answering queries.
  • Training: Assist in training end-users on how to effectively use Salesforce analytics tools and features.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of all development, customization, and integration activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
    • Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM, particularly in the areas of reporting and dashboards. The intern may be required to complete Salesforce trailheads to learn the basics of the Salesforce platform.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Analytics (formerly known as Einstein Analytics). The intern may be required to complete Salesforce trailheads to learn how to build and develop CRMA dashboards.
    • Understanding of database concepts and data modeling.
    • Basic knowledge in SQL and data manipulation.
    • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Experience: Prior internship or academic experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous but not required.

Additional Preferences:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are a plus.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
