About BluChip Student-Athlete Interns:
As an Intern for College Student-Athletes, you will be the face and voice of BluChip on your campus. You will play a crucial role in engaging with fellow student-athletes and driving awareness about our platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills, expand your network, and gain valuable experience working with a dynamic and growing startup.

Responsibilities:

• Promote BluChip: Actively promote our brand, mission, and services to student-athletes and the broader campus community through various channels, including social media, campus events, and personal interactions.
• Engage with Athletes: Build and maintain strong relationships with college student-athletes and Athletic Department staff, understanding their needs and challenges, and effectively communicating how BluChip can support them.
• Social Media Presence: Manage and grow BluChip’'s social media presence on campus by creating and sharing engaging content, and encouraging participation from the student-athlete community.
• Feedback and Insights: Gather feedback from student-athletes about their experiences and needs, and provide valuable insights to our team to help improve our services.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the BluChip Leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives tailored to the college athlete community.

Requirements:

• Currently Enrolled: Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student-athlete
• Athlete Experience: Preferably a current or former college student-athlete with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by this group.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information and engage with diverse audiences.
• Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms, with a knack for creating engaging content and driving online engagement.
• Passionate and Enthusiastic: A genuine passion for supporting college student-athletes and promoting their well-being and success.
