Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. Interns have a unique opportunity to work alongside and support the Project Management Office in the Global Technology Department. This is a great opportunity to be exposed to the best practices and standards of IT operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining process documentation for the PMO team, contributing to the development and improvement of PMO standards and templates.
  • Assist in managing the central intake queue and reviewing new project requests.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking meeting notes and action items, and distributing materials in a timely manner.
  • Collect and analyze project data to create reports and dashboards that track project performance and progress.
  • Assist in the analysis of project management tool standardization to deploy across Global Technology.
  • Manage the project document repository, ensuring that project information is uploaded and easily accessible.
  • Support project managers in planning and executing projects, as requested.
  • Assist in setting up monthly PMO trainings across Global Technology, including preparing the training materials and agenda.
  • Follow-up with stakeholders for project information, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Passion for sports and live entertainment
  • Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges

Pay Scale: $19.00 - $21.00
