Job Summary:

AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. The Touring Intern will directly support the Booking, Marketing, and Ticketing teams at AEG Presents Concerts West in Downtown Los Angeles. In this role, the intern will have the opportunity to learn from teams that promote some of the most successful artists in music history. The intern will be exposed to the process of how a tour operates from start to finish, with hands-on experience in the details of each stage of a tour.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Touring Department with day-to-day operations
  • Update the internal venue database (reach out to venues for updated expenses, capacities, etc.)
  • Create on-sale grids
  • Request venue calendars to assist with routing tours
  • Complete practical administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Passion for music and live entertainment
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Experience with Microsoft Office preferred (proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be a plus)
  • Desire to learn more about the entertainment industry

 Pay Scale: $19.00 - $21.00
