Are you a motivated student passionate about sales, marketing, and sustainability? Energy Design Engineers is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the growing field of energy efficiency and sustainable design.  

We seek a self-starter who wants front-line responsibilities to help our company grow. 

About Us: Energy Design Engineers specializes in reducing energy waste through innovative HVAC systems, lighting solutions, and sustainable building practices. We work with clients to maximize energy efficiency, providing cost-effective, eco-friendly solutions that make a real difference.

Internship Details:

  • Position: Marketing Intern
  • Work Location: Work from home
  • Duration: September 15, 2024 - September 14, 2025
  • Hours: 15-20 hours per week
  • Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing our company's marketing plan and strategies to drive new business.
  • Create content for our website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Assist with website marketing.
  • Manage and create content for all our social media platforms (website, Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter)
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to support our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with our team to design promotional materials and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, Communications, or related program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for sustainability and energy efficiency is a plus!
  • Strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to create and develop marketing flyers, spec sheets, and other marketing tools we use.
