Finance & Accounting Intern – Enbiologics

 

📍 Location: Hybrid (Remote & Detroit, MI)

⏳ Commitment: Part-time, 10-20 hours per week

📅 Duration: 3-6 months (flexible)

💰 Compensation: Paid/Unpaid (depending on qualifications & funding availability)

 

About Us:

Enbiologics is a growing contract manufacturer specializing in food, personal care, and pet care products. We offer turnkey solutions for small and emerging brands and are implementing an ERP system to streamline operations. As we scale, we need an intern passionate about finance, accounting, and data-driven decision-making to help organize financial records, assist with ERP integration, and support strategic financial planning.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ERP system implementation for accounting, inventory, and financial tracking.

• Organize, clean, and analyze financial data to improve reporting accuracy.

• Support bookkeeping tasks, including QuickBooks Online transactions, account reconciliation, and reviewing financial discrepancies.

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and forecasting.

• Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements.

• Document financial procedures and improve internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP or relevant standards.

 

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, and ERP systems (experience is a plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a small team environment.
