Supplemental Instruction Leader

The Academic Success Center is currently hiring Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leaders for the Fall 2025 semester. We are seeking undergraduate students that successfully completed one of the following courses at OU: ACC 2000, ACC 2100, BIO 1200, CHM 2010, CHM 2340, ECN 3030, MTH 0662, MTH 1554, MTH 1555.

Duties:

Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leaders attend class, plan and conduct organized, regularly scheduled practice and review sessions focusing on course-specific content, key concepts and test preparation.

Qualifications:

• Must be a currently enrolled OU student in a degree seeking program
• Second semester freshman standing or higher
• Minimum 3.7 GPA (A-) in the course(s) you want to lead
• Expertise in the course content area
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Must be a positive role model and empathetic towards people
• Must be recommended by one OU faculty member in the subject area of the SI
