
CRM Support Intern

As the CRM Support Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform and play a crucial role in supporting our customer relationship management efforts. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you will assist in maintaining and optimizing our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support to our sales and marketing teams. This remote internship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a fast-paced and innovative team environment.
What You'll Do
Assist in the daily administration and support of the Salesforce CRM platform.
Perform data entry, data cleansing, and data validation tasks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic CRM issues reported by users.
Support the creation and maintenance of CRM reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their CRM needs and provide assistance.
Participate in CRM-related projects and initiatives to improve system functionality and user experience.
Provide training and support to new CRM users.
Who You Are
Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce.
Passionate about your work, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully and make an impact
Demonstrated commitment to integrity and respect in interactions with others, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of tasks and following through on commitments
Must be authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now or in the future
The expected salary range for this position is $21 - $23 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
