Are you a college student looking to kickstart your IT career? Open Dealer Exchange, LLC is seeking a motivated Systems Analyst Intern to support its workforce in Southfield, Michigan. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in IT-related functions including, but not limited to, enterprise infrastructure management, application monitoring, anomaly detection, automation of workflows, IT service management, and supporting Operations activities. As part of the IT team, the Systems Analyst Intern will assist in additional IT responsibilities as necessary. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build practical IT skills in a professional environment. This internship is an onsite opportunity and will last 12 weeks.

What You’ll Do (Essential Job Functions):
- Assist in migrating services to the Azure cloud, including setting up monitoring and alerting systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of monitoring tools, error detection, and automated workflows.
- Help with IT Operations projects and assist in developing solutions in Java-based languages.
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards for system health visibility.
- Assist in identifying recurring IT issues and support root cause investigations.
- Capture and document knowledge for use by the IT Operations team and business customers.
Who We’re Looking for (Preferred Skills and Experience):
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of system monitoring and IT tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- ITIL certification(s) or interest in ITIL is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
