What I liked
I like how I am getting an inside look as to how Sodexo runs behind the curtains. I used to think that it was slow going and that they did not listen to the students when there were complaints. But now I realize that there are many things that are going on that make it difficult to get things done even if they seem small. I really do like that I am able to make a positive impact in the workforce though.
What I wish was different
Nothing yet, I am still employed here.
Advice
Be sure to be ready to take on tasks even if you have not finished your last one.
