About the Role:

Lazy.Shop is hiring motivated, creative, and outgoing students to join our Campus Manager team for Fall 2025. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind custom apparel sales on your campus — partnering with Greek life, clubs, and student orgs to design and sell exclusive merch collections. This is a commission-based position with no cap on earnings— giving you full control over your schedule, sales, and success.

Campus Managers also receive referral bonuses for recruiting new team members across the country and earn a percentage of all their downstream sales. If you’re well-connected, passionate about merch, and ready to turn your network into real revenue — this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction & Sales

Connect with Greek life and student organizations to pitch custom apparel

Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach to final order

Build relationships with new and returning clients

Represent Lazy.Shop professionally on and off campus

Design & Production

Collaborate with our graphic design team to create custom merch drops

Oversee the design-to-production process to ensure timely, quality delivery

Help clients bring their vision to life while aligning with Lazy.Shop branding

Campus Engagement

Act as the on-campus face of Lazy.Shop

Promote the brand via social media, word of mouth, and campus events

Build visibility for our sub-brands like Lazy Greek and Lazy Golf

Marketing & Referral Growth

Recruit other Campus Managers and earn on their performance

Support overall brand growth and market expansion across campuses

Work with Lazy.Shop’s founding team to shape marketing and outreach strategies
