Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Reports to: Human Resources Director
Job Summary: The Human Resource (HR) Intern is responsible for assisting the HR Generalist and HR Director with the daily functions of the HR department including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. The work environment includes both office work and on the plant floor.

Tasks:
- Assisting with recruitment processes:
- Review candidate resumes
- Schedule interviews with candidates
- Screen candidates
- Support onboarding activities
- Prepare new hire folders
- Acquire background checks for potential new team members
- Assist with the new hire orientation program
- Update Plex with new hire information
- Maintain employee files
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, team members, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Development, or Business degree
- Preferred prior Human Resources or Office Administration experience
