What Will You Be Doing?

The intern will be instrumental in driving the company-wide Culture of Caring initiative at Frontier Airlines. They will create and implement workflows, communication strategies, training programs, town halls, and events that foster employee engagement and recognition. This role will involve collaborating with all departments to ensure the initiative’s values are integrated seamlessly across the organization. This internship is for Fall 2025 9/8/2025 - 12/12/2025 based in Denver, CO.

Essential Functions

• Develop and implement comprehensive workflows and processes to support the Culture of Caring initiative (25%)
• Organize and facilitate company-wide events, town halls, and engagement activities (20%)
• Assist in the creation and promotion of employee recognition programs to celebrate employee contributions (20%)
• Coordinate with Communications, HR, and Branding teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values (15%)
• Create training materials and workshops to educate employees on the principles of the Culture of Caring (10%)
• Gather feedback and measure the impact of engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement (10%)

Other Functions

• Develop and maintain internal communication platforms and branding related to the Culture of Caring
• Spotlight and share inspiring employee stories that reflect the company’s values

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field (required)
• Experience or interest in employee engagement, internal branding, or event planning (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for culture and engagement initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various departments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Canva, or other communication and design tools
• Willingness to travel and engage with employees across all locations
