ERP Analyst (Manufacturing)

POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle ERP Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role provides critical support for ERP applications and related business processes, particularly in the manufacturing and supply chain domains. The analyst will be responsible for system troubleshooting, data analysis, configurations, testing, user training, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements and enhancements.
This position is ideal for candidates with ERP exposure or a background in supply chain or manufacturing systems who are eager to grow in a dynamic technology environment.

Experience
* Minimum of 1+ year of experience in Information Technology, ERP support , or the Manufacturing/Supply Chain domain.
* Recent graduates with academic backgrounds in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Systems, or ERP technologies will also be considered.
* Prior exposure to ERP applications, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS, is a plus.
Skills
* Basic understanding of ERP applications, preferably within the manufacturing or supply chain domain.
* Working knowledge of database concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
* Ability to query databases, validate data, and troubleshoot issues.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in resolving technical/system issues.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong documentation skills and familiarity with writing test cases, supporting UAT/SIT, and documenting results.
Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field Technical certifications or additional relevant training a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle Cloud ERP systems: troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, implement fixes, document solutions, and coordinate deployments.
* Analyze, design, configure, and implement enhancements and permanent solutions based on business requirements.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to manage project backlogs and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support and implement ERP Manufacturing, Inventory modules, related applications, and integrations.
* Design and validate ERP reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
* Document process flows, training materials, functional specifications, and knowledge base content.
* Conduct user training, demonstrate solutions, and develop proof of concepts to support business adoption.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and workstream leads to drive initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.

SCOPE & EXPECTATIONS:
* Hybrid work environment requiring a minimum of three days in the office (Tue, Wed, Thur).
* Occasionally requires work on or around the manufacturing floor and/or sales office.
* The noise level is usually moderate to high and hearing protection may be required on the production floor. Safety glasses are required on the production floor.
* Hours are varied and may include after-hours or weekend work to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
* Reports to: Technical Manager, ERP
* Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required
