We are looking for Digital Marketing & Automation Interns to voluntarily work with CEOs, Founders, VP of Marketing, Coaches, and/or Director of Marketing and help scale up their business projects. In exchange, these mentors will provide feedback and guidance to help you enhance your career trajectory in digital marketing.
The program is a 3-month remote internship where you will assist in fulfilling various digital marketing projects for your mentor's business for 10 hours per week.

To set the right expectations, this is an unpaid program whose end goal is to provide students with a higher chance of getting hired in the digital marketing space after completing our apprenticeship program. You can eventually apply as a freelancer, which is a paid opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and engaging with social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
- Support basic SEO tasks: on-page optimization, keyword research, blog post publishing
- Create and automate email marketing campaigns using tools like MailerLite and Mailchimp
- Monitor and report performance with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
- Design engaging graphics and visual content via Canva
- Run competitor research and keep an eye on social media trends
- Contribute to automation flows (Zapier, Metricool) that connect social, email, and CRM
- Test and optimize email subject lines and calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Help build dashboards to visualize marketing KPIs
Requirements:
- A marketing, business, or analytics student (preferably final-year)
- Passionate about combining creativity with data-driven marketing
- Familiar with digital tools and comfortable working in a remote setup
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and stay ahead of trends (AI in marketing, reels, micro-influencers)
