The Position MMO’s
Waibel Masonry, a dynamic and quickly growing Commercial Masonry builder in Arizona, seeks a highly skilled & dedicated individual to join our team.
Mission:
To grow our project backlog and brand reputation by building relationships, managing digital channels, and empowering employees as brand advocates—supporting recruitment, retention, and engagement objectives aligned with company goals
Most Critical Outcome (MCO):
Exceed Sales Goal.
Obsessions:
Pipeline Development
- Generate qualified leads monthly/quarterly.
- Maintain HUB-SPOT CRM-driven pipeline with clear stages and values.
- Ensure conversion rate of >= %
Client & Partner Relationships
- Regular contact cadence with top-tier general contractors, architects, property owners, engineers.
- Attending industry events, local builder associations, pre-bid meetings.
- Secure repeat business and referrals
Proposal & Negotiation Excellence
- Deliver timely, custom proposals with strong margin alignment.
- Collaborate with estimating and project teams to nail scope and pricing.
- Turn every pitch into client confidence.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Weekly dashboard featuring leads, proposals, wins, pipeline by stage, acquisition cost, and margin.
- Use metrics to refine tactics and achieve targets consistently.
- Prepare and present any & all KPIs set forth by Bill
Website & Social Media Presence
- Manage & schedule all social media website presence
- Post consistently (incl. Reels, Stories) on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
- Monitor engagement and adjust based on performance & trends
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Analyze trends and competitor activity.
- Deliver insights to refine marketing, pricing, and operational engagement.
Employee Advocacy & Retention Content
- Produce internal content (videos/testimonials) for employees to share.
- Launch an employee advocacy program—boost engagement, awareness, recruitment
- Track participation and benefits (e.g., expanded networks, referrals)
Qualifications
- Experience in the construction industry or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Software Proficiency
