Civil Engineer I/II
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, design and construction management of infrastructure projects such as paving, sanitary sewer, water main, and drainage. Also, review commercial, industrial and residential site plans. The position has considerate contact with other public agencies, consulting engineers and the public
SPECIAL SKILLS & TRAINING
Practical experience and strong skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A valid MI Operator’s license, with a good driving record is required.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
Previous experience with local, county or state government a plus.
EDUCATION
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE).
START DATE & WORK SCHEDULE
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday, overtime when necessary
