Overview
Information Technology Intern is an entry-level on-site position that is in charge of compiling and entering data of all kinds. Tracking and analyzing data trends to ensure activity and success of specific projects. Filing and organizing files and data to be used for reports and tracking of all kinds. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in mass data entry and tracking in a major related field. Great for those interested in information processing and data trend analysis.

Compensation: Unpaid
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Monthly Commitment: Every 4th Saturday, 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Hours: 20 hours
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Punctuality and ability to attend all scheduled meetings on time.
Experience in HR processes, recruitment, and onboarding.
Ability to conduct both virtual and in-person interviews at Stone Global Realty location.
Knowledgeable about the Work-Study and Emerging Professional program hiring process.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve onboarding strategies.
Ability to collaborate with different departments and maintain accurate records of potential hires.
Comfortable with on-camera presence, including participation in live streams, photos, and video content for social media and promotional use.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and coordinate interviews for potential hires.
Maintain communication with candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups regarding interview outcomes, offer letters, and additional required information.
Work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to align hiring efforts with organizational needs.
Develop and update interview questions and hiring protocols to improve efficiency.
Implement innovative ways to enhance the onboarding process.
Follow up with reactions from candidates regarding their hiring experience.
Create and maintain reports on all potential hires.
Develop a structured rating scale for evaluating candidates.
Report hiring updates and recruitment progress to the Chief of Staff.
Assist in staff recruitment efforts to ensure the organization’s staffing needs are met.
Facilitate the orientation process, including introducing new hires to all staff, explaining Stone Global Realty’s mission, and gathering relevant information (e.g., work schedule, transportation availability, expected hours, and candidate goals).
Report orientation updates to the Chief of Staff and the President.
Collaborate with the IT department to ensure proper documentation and management of all HR systems at Stone Global Realty.
Create new job descriptions as needed and keep track of all position details.
Attend every 4th Saturday of each month for the Serving Hope event (6AM–1PM, Community Service).
