Overview
The Content Creator/Graphic Designer Emerging Professional is an entry-level on-site position responsible for capturing and editing video content for social media. You will also create and design posts for all types of social media platforms and engage regularly with these platforms to ensure continual clientele engagement and activity. This is a great opportunity to expand your social media experience and portfolio.

Compensation: Unpaid
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Monthly Commitment: Every 4th Saturday, 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Hours: 20 hours per week

Experience
The emerging professional must be:
Work-Study eligible with a completed FAFSA on file with their university prior to applying.
A high school graduate.
Interested or experienced in Business Management or Office Administration.
Working towards or interested in pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Business Operations, Secretarial and Administrative Sciences, Accounting, Communications, or a related field.
Comfortable with an on-camera presence, including live streams, photos, and video content for social media and promotional use.
Responsibilities
The emerging professional is responsible for, but not limited to:
Building and fostering relationships with organizations, communities, volunteers, etc.
Assisting in the creation and analysis of plans to address business needs.
Helping manage processes and operations.
Following up on behalf of Stone Global Realty to thank donors, volunteers, partnered organizations, etc.
Researching and analyzing ways to manage volunteers and donations.
Running reports, taking minutes, and analyzing the activities of every main program.
Taking notes and gathering information in meetings.
Assisting the Executive Director in meetings with organizations, clients, donors, volunteers, etc., including providing introductions, taking notes, assisting with goods and services, etc.
Supporting the Executive Director in running and managing main programs.
Assisting with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and communicating with designated organizations, businesses, sponsors, etc.
Analyzing community needs and helping develop strategies to fulfill them effectively.
Assisting in preparing presentation materials and reports, with the ability to present technical information in an accessible way.
Managing internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and physical correspondence.
Maintaining electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
Conducting research and data analysis as needed.
Coordinating with various departments and acting as a liaison for the administration team.
Adhering to and managing office procedures and policies.
Undertaking special projects as assigned.
Filing and compiling data.
Running personal errands.
Recruiting 1–2 interns and managing their tasks.
Updating/organizing files, websites, shelves, and Google Drive folders.
Interviewing applicants for your team and other positions.
Designing Canva flyers for events and fundraisers.
Attending every 4th Saturday of the month for the Serving Hope event (6:00 AM–1:00 PM) as part of community service.
