Corporate Strategy Intern, New York

 

Our team develops corporate strategy, monitors industry dynamics and trends, manages complex cross-departmental initiatives, and provides day to day infrastructure-related support for trading personnel including new product approval. 

 

The summer intern would work on project teams that manage complex cross-departmental initiatives across all areas of the firm to drive organizational change.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Convert complex issues into simple, easy to understand concepts.
  • Diagnose issues, prioritize, and escalate when needed.
  • Conduct research and analysis needed to problem solve.
  • Recognize areas for improvement and develop plans to implement.
  • Communicate project results to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate graduating between December 2026 and June 2028.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork and analytical skills.
  • Strong technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

 

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
