Program:

Schedule:
- Monday: 7:50am – 1:30pm or No work based on site placement (shifts will vary 5 hours & 40 minutes)
- Tuesday: 8:10am – 11:25am or 8:10am – 12:25pm (shifts will vary 3 hours & 15 minutes to 4 hours & 15 minutes)
- Wednesday: 7:55am – 11:50am or 8:30am – 12:00pm (shifts will vary 3 hours & 55 minutes to 3 hours & 30 minutes)
- Thursday: 8:10am – 11:25am or No work based on site placement (shifts will vary 3 hours & 15 minutes)
- Friday: 8:30am – 11:30am or 8:15am – 11:45am (shifts will vary 3 hours to 3 hours & 30 minutes)
- Saturday: No work
Expected Hourly Rate: $22
THE ROLE
- Lead groups of students through structured games based on the Elevo curriculum.
- Engage students in visual/performing arts themes, dance, and music, sports, games, and other activities.
- Supporting kids’ behavioral management needs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches.
- Leading outdoor lessons designed to increase excitement about learning.
- Serve as a positive role model to the students to build kids’ self-esteem and emotional wellness.
ABOUT YOU
- Have been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
- Confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance.
- Can improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed.
- Are approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids.
- Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model.
- Connect with students and foster positive learning experiences.
- Pay close attention to student needs and adjust activities accordingly.

- Ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated timeframes
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in dance, media arts, music, theatre, and the visual arts.
- 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences strongly preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Willing to follow COVID-19 protocols outlined by the school.
