About the Internship: As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of the recruiting process and contribute to the growth of our talented team.
This internship unpaid and is designed for individuals seeking school credit as part of their educational program.
Duration: Flexible- Duration of Semester (Spring, Summer, Fall)
Hours: 15-20 hours per week (Flexible per your schedule)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Learn how to work with candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Capture information and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System
- Learn and utilize tools like Linkedin, Salesforce, Monday.com, and more to support organization and admin for the recruiting and new business teams
- Sit in on internal team meetings
- Work on ad hoc projects as it relates to operations and project tasks
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university
- Interest and willingness to learn the recruitment and interviewing process
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
***This is an unpaid for college-credit only internship. One must be enrolled in a university to be eligible.
