HR Intern
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers
hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and
administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Help onboard new employees and prepare orientation materials
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Participate in organizing company events and training sessions
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist in drafting HR reports and documentation
Qualification:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
