Quality Engineering Intern
Inetva Quality Engineering Intern get the chance to learn about Quality Engineering’s role in supporting a manufacturing company, gain hands-on experience, and work on meaningful projects that make an impact. The intern in this role will work with the Quality Engineering team out of Inteva's Technical Center in Vandalia, OH.
In this position, you will support Inteva’s core value of caring for the world and our communities with group volunteering opportunities throughout the summer. Most importantly, you will have fun, learn, and grow. This is a full-time internship position during the summer semester (May 2026 - August 2026)
What Will You Get To Work On?
- Work with QE team to develop robust quality control plans for new products
- Complete dimensional verification on early production parts
- Check fixture development
- First piece inspections, process control plan development, gage repeatability studies
- Poential travel to customers, suppliers and other Inteva facilities
- Learn and implement multiple manufacturing processes
- Work in manufacturing plants and development lab facilities
- Hands on prototype part building
- Be a member of a development team who is working on new products

Requirements
- Self motivated
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Demonstrate basic technical ability
- Interpersonal skills, working effectively with a team
- Effective problem solving skills
- GPA 3.0 minimum
- Proficient with Micorsoft Office
Preferred
- Some analytical ability where problems are not difficult or complex
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks for multiple projects
