Technical Sales Internship
Scot Forge Company is looking to hire a Sales Intern for the summer of 2026 at the corporate facility in Spring Grove, IL. A sales internship at Scot Forge will provide a variety of experiences and exposure to the sales profession and a technical sales team. This intern will be supporting the sales team through their daily tasks and projects.

Anticipated Projects include:
- Gather, analyze and communicate market data and customer feedback in order to partner with Marketing to create targeted campaigns and sales segmentation
- Partner with internal industry specialists for business development and customer organizational mapping
- Market research and customer prospecting
- Aid in writing documented value case histories in conjunction with Sales & Marketing
Qualifications:
- Senior standing in a Bachelor’s program, majoring in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance or various Engineering disciplines
- Independent worker with strong self-management and problem-solving skills, who can demonstrate learning agility
- Outgoing personality with a natural curiosity and logic-based thought process
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a 90 day head hair drug test today
