User Experience Internship - Summer 2026

As a User Experience (UX) intern, you will partner with IT and business stakeholders to ideate and produce engaging, inclusive, and guest-centric digital experiences across web, email, and app. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in guest feedback loops through surveys and usability testing.

Internships are onsite at our Store Support Center in Ankeny, Iowa, where you'll volunteer within our community, attend social outings, learn from our senior leadership team, and make some pizzas, of course!

Requirements:

  • Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Computer Science, or Graphic Design).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) required
  • Knowledge of HTML a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
