- Assisting in the architecture, strategic configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules and applications to align with organizational goals, ensuring scalable and future-proof implementations. (7%)
- Acting as a key liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, delivering strategic insights, managing expectations, and ensuring transparency around platform initiatives, risks, and deliverables. (5%)
- Helping automate initiatives by evaluating enterprise workflows, leveraging orchestration, scripting, and workflow capabilities within ServiceNow. (6%)
- Serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams by developing workflows and integrations that drive efficiency. (5%)
- Building reports that empower leadership with actionable insights, predictive trends, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. (5%)
- Proactively identifying business opportunities and supporting cross-functional initiatives to implement refined, value-driven processes aligned with organizational strategy. (3%)
- Consulting on infrastructure architecture and capacity planning, ensuring platform scalability, resilience, and integration alignment with enterprise IT standards and business growth. (3%)
- Experience in Apex programming language, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs to develop customized solutions within the ServiceCloud platform. (7%)
- Building customizations for Salesforce Service Cloud Console, optimizing agent workflows, and enhancing their productivity through automation and visualization tools. (7%)
- Developing integrations between ServiceCloud and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, or ticketing platforms. This involves utilizing Salesforce APIs, middleware tools, and understanding data exchange protocols. (7%)
- Collaborating with vendors and service providers related to ServiceNow, including managing integrations, and resolving vendor-related issues. (5%)
- Monitoring ServiceNow performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing measures to optimize performance, such as database tuning, code optimization, and capacity planning. (7%)
- Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide scripting to build complex customizations, workflows, integrations, and applications within the ServiceNow platform. (7%)
- Designing and developing robust APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other systems, including cloud services, databases, and third-party applications. This involves understanding RESTful API principles, authentication mechanisms, and data exchange formats. (7%)
- Leading the design and implementation of complex integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow, synchronization, and error handling. (9%)
- Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the ServiceNow ecosystem. (5%)
- Managing ServiceNow & Salesforce upgrades and patches, coordinating testing, and ensuring seamless transition to new versions. (5%)
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
- Must have the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and either the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification.
- Must have 2+ years’ experience administering, developing, architecting, and supporting ServiceNow or Salesforce.
- Must include experience designing enterprise level account-contact relationships, integrating ServiceNow or Salesforce into 3rd party tools such as chat, loyalty platforms, and omni channel; leveraging existing API's with data management systems such as Data warehouse/Snowflake/ServiceNow; and creating automations utilizing process builder and flow.
