Student Assistant for OUWB Compass Center for Community Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion

The purpose of the student assistant is to support the day to day efforts of the offices. The student assistant will report to the Director of Education Training.

The student assistant will:

*Support programs through creating sign-ups, managing volunteer lists, dispersing volunteer t-shirts, program set up, inventorying and ordering supplies, etc.

*Support the staff in data collection efforts including creating an overall database of student volunteer hours in excel

*Work with the Medical Student as Educator by making copies, distributing packets,      repacking kits, and organizing the check-in/check-out area

*Help to maintain ongoing databases of Compass and Diversity programs and approved Compass mini- grants

*Support staff in event planning and communication efforts.
