Executive Intern

Job Description:
The Executive Intern will work closely with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives and project-based work. This role will provide exposure to high-level decision-making processes while contributing to business analysis and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and providing administrative and project support to executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist executive leaders with project-based assignments and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform data analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Prepare presentations and documentation for executive meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations on business-related topics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Job Type:

Non-Exempt. Temporary (12-week internship). Full-Time (40 hours per week). Hybrid work with flexible schedule. Opportunity for permanent hire following completion of internship.
