Are you ready to move fast, think creatively, and help amplify content at scale?

This 6-week sprint internship is designed with one clear mission: create and amplify content across all major social platforms to reach 2 million people. The role demands speed, discipline, and sharp creativity. Every post must be optimized for maximum impact.

This is a high-energy opportunity ideal for students interested in social media, communications, or digital strategy who want to see their work directly shape public engagement.

Position Overview

As a Content & Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for driving rapid digital growth and engagement across platforms. Your work will combine creativity, technical skill, and data-driven execution.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

Develop and publish 3+ pieces of content per platform daily (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X).

Transform speeches, interviews, and live events into short-form video clips, graphics, and posts ready for immediate distribution.

Ensure every piece of content is attention-grabbing, easy to share, and tied to a clear call-to-action.

Viral Growth Strategy

Research daily trends, hashtags, sounds, and memes across platforms.

Apply trends creatively to expand reach and engagement.

Engineer content for shares, saves, and watch time with the goal of delivering at least 50,000 organic impressions per day.

Analytics & Reporting

Track impressions, engagement, follower growth, and shares across platforms daily.

Deliver a performance report every morning by 10AM with highlights of what worked best.

Keep a running tally against the 2 million reach goal.

Audience Engagement & Amplification

Monitor comments, mentions, and DMs.

Surface opportunities for amplification (supporters, influencers, or viral content threads).

Keep engagement loops alive: post → engage → repost → amplify.

Content Library & Speed

Maintain an organized folder of templates, photos, video clips, and graphics for fast use.

Move with urgency — content must go live within hours of creation.

Coordinate with the team to ensure consistency in branding and tone.

Expectations

Urgency: This is a 6-week project where execution speed is critical.
