Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Intern - Summer 2026
Role Overview: Join a fast-paced global semiconductor leader. Support real estate strategy, sustainability, and workplace experience initiatives. You will work on projects that impact our global offices, R&D labs/spaces, and manufacturing sites, focusing on WX, space efficiency, financial performance, and ESG goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Workplace Experience (WX) Strategy - Enhance employee experience through workspace design and hybrid work programs.
Assist in space planning and workplace design projects
Participate in global site strategy projects including consolidation, expansion or new projects.
Sustainability & GRESB - Support ESG data tracking and reporting aligned with green building and sustainability standards (energy usage, waste reduction,..)
Assist in evaluating current projects against LEED certification requirements.
Assist in gathering energy usage and waste reduction. Relaying data to internal ESG team.
Real Estate Financial Modeling & Support – Support to analyze projected costs for lease renewal or site relocation options.
Assist in reviewing property information (availability and cost) provided by real estate brokers.
Engage in defining existing property operational costs.
Coordinate with internal teams to align real estate initiatives with operational goals.
Change Management - Help manage transitions during workplace changes through planning and communication.
Assist in answering general questions about workplace changes using information provided by internal and external teams.
Engaging in workplace experience discussions with external professionals.
Data Analytics & Insights - Analyze occupancy trends, site utilization, and facility performance
Engage in review and analysis of occupancy and site utilization data
Assist in analysis of Work from Office trends against industry standards.
Presentation Skills-Help prepare presentations, dashboards and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in real estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction, Sustainability or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High-level understanding of building related project scheduling
Proficiency in Excel, ACAD, PowerPoint; familiarity with building codes (IBC) and data tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Interest in sustainability and workplace innovation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
