What You’ll Do
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Reconcile invoices, expense reports, and vendor statements
- Support monthly reporting and closing activities
- Maintain and organize financial records and files
- Create and update spreadsheets and reports
- Learn how finance supports logistics and supply chain operations
What We’re Looking For
- Current college student majoring in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (your coursework counts!)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Hours
- Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
- 1–2 days per week (flexible around your class schedule)
