Talent Acquisition (Human Resources) Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern (Human Resources) to join our People team in Charlotte. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent initiatives, including sourcing, candidate engagement, and project-based work. It’s an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open roles.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Support campaigns to attract talent, including employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives.
  • Project Support: Contribute to projects such as SOP creation, interviewer training, and talent pool development.
  • Systems Exposure: Gain experience using platforms such as Monday.com and Darwinbox through pilot projects.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Interest in recruitment and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR or project management tools a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
