About the Role

We are looking for a motivated B2B AI Product Development Intern to join our tech team to help build next-generation AI-powered recruitment platforms.
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop scalable fullstack systems, integrate AI models into business workflows, and gain real experience in how B2B SaaS and enterprise tools are built and iterated in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining product requirements, user flows, and key features for our AI-driven recruitment and client management tools.
  • Develop user interfaces or webpages using modern frameworks such as React.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business, engineering, and design teams to iterate on product concepts.
  • Conduct user testing and collect feedback to improve usability and performance.
  • Document product development processes, workflows, and learnings for internal reference.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and experience in React.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Express, Django, or Flask).
  • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and API development.
  • Experience in AI applications (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, data labeling, or automation tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio or examples of prior projects demonstrating product development are highly preferred.
