JOB DESCRIPTION
Interns, through an initial training period (paid Copper Hill University training), gain familiarity with
industry specific terminology and regulations. Interns utilize various computer software systems to
assist with daily operations. Copper Hill provides outstanding leadership guidance to interns to help
them break into the industry and offers support throughout. They will develop knowledge of the
software and a strong understanding of the various Operational teams’ processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn Copper Hill tools and software.
• Work with Operations Team on new software.
• Familiarize yourself with current operational processes.
• Communicate new or missed requirements to the Technology Team.
• Work with Operations teams to define process changes required for new or updated
software integration.
• Help provide technical support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
• Understand software configuration options and implications for functionality.
• Learn how to configure the software to meet clients’ needs.
• Identify roadblocks to implementation and determine means of resolution.
• Monitor Operations teams ongoing use of the new software after implementation and
address issues, if found.

• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team member with a professional demeanor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software (Google Sheets, Google Slides)
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE
• Knowledge of software development, lifecycle and methodologies (i.e. Agile).
