The Role

We’re hiring a Software Engineer to help us expand our outbound automation stack — integrating data sourcing, voice agents, and multi-channel outreach at scale.

You’ll work closely with the founders and AI engineers to build, ship, and optimize systems that power thousands of real conversations between buyers, sellers, and lenders every day.

 

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain backend services for lead sourcing, enrichment, and workflow automation

Integrate APIs for communication (voice, SMS, email) and data (real-estate + contact datasets)

Design scalable systems for matching property criteria to verified owners

Contribute to AI-agent orchestration: prompts, logic, and qualification flow

Collaborate with founders and ops to translate client workflows into automated pipelines

Optimize performance, reliability, and compliance (TCPA, data governance, etc.)

 

What We’re Looking For

Strong software engineering fundamentals (Python or Node preferred)

Experience with API integrations, async workflows, or event-driven architectures

Familiarity with LLM or voice agent APIs (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Vapi, etc.) is a plus

Comfort working in early-stage environments — fast iterations, lean specs, high impact

Interest in real estate, automation, or AI-driven deal sourcing
