Supreme Gear Company has been serving industries that are vital to the prosperity of countries across the globe including aerospace; defense; automotive; marine; medical; and commercial industries. As a manufacturer of precision machined parts, we provide many major aircraft builders with highly critical aircraft and missile engine gears; complete gear boxes; gear shafts; drives; sprockets and other components.
We have the opportunity for a highly motivated individual to assist our corporate staff in the daily operation and growth of our business. Our Ideal candidate will enjoy variety and challenge; will excel at multi-tasking; and be excited to support corporate goals. The position will require knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and its applications including Sharepoint; general IT experience; and proficiency in Excel. Will assist in implementation of improved technology applications; cyber security; and website improvements & management.
Functions and Responsibilities May Include but not Limited To:
- Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint administration
- Website Maintenance: in-house and via third-party partners
- General IT support to in-house staff
- Social Media and Ecommerce Support and Management
- Report Generation and Customization
- Special Projects as assigned
- Executive Assistance
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Relevant College Coursework & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office: Microsoft 365; and Sharepoint
- Crystal Report experience a plus
- Global Shop experience a plus
- Able to prioritize and be self-directed
- Capability to meet or exceed performance criteria
- Exceptional Work Ethic and Attendance
- Positive Attitude
Compensation will be based upon knowledge and experience.
