As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Recruiting Operations Intern to help strengthen our AI-powered recruiting workflows, support cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to building a world-class recruiting engine.
What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple regions and functions.
Learn and assist with talent sourcing, candidate research, and data organization.
Coordinate candidate scheduling and communication with recruiters and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases to improve data accuracy and search efficiency.
Track and analyze recruiting performance data to identify process improvements.
Contribute to internal documentation and training resources for the recruiting team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development and Tech teams on ad-hoc projects.
Who You Are
A current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Passionate about recruiting, operations, or people-focused work in a fast-moving global environment.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage up.
Curious and eager to learn about global recruiting practices and new HR technologies.
