Fashion Week Credentialing Intern

Location: NY, NY (Hybrid Remote)

Compensation: $16.50/hour

Duration: January 2026 - March 2026

Hours: Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week

 

About the Role

We are seeking a Credentialing Intern to support the Fashion Week operations team in managing the credentialing process for designers, media, models, staff, and VIP guests. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and eager to gain hands-on experience in event production, fashion operations, and backstage logistics.

As a Credentialing Intern, you’ll work closely with our event and production teams to ensure all Fashion Week participants are properly accredited and that access control runs smoothly throughout the event.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing and processing credential applications for designers, staff, photographers, press, and guests.
  • Maintain and update internal credentialing databases and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate with applicants and confirm documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with security, PR, and production teams to ensure credentials align with access levels.
  • Support on-site check-in, credential pickup, and issue resolution during Fashion Week.
  • Help prepare and distribute physical and digital passes prior to and during the event.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations and production team as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (preferred majors: Fashion Management, Event Production, Communications, or related field).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; knowledge of Asana is a plus.
  • Prior experience in event production, fashion, or administrative support is a bonus — but not required.
