WB Games Production Coordinator Intern: Troy, NY - Summer 2026

Your New Role

This internship will be located in the Troy, NY area. The selected intern will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager’s in office schedule.

 

As a Production Coordinator intern, you will assist WBNY producers and technical account managers with specific tasks in support of the online service development cycle.

Your Role Accountabilities

Work directly with the WBNY technical account management group (Producers and Account Managers) to facilitate any miscellaneous tasks or action items deemed a priority based on active game development. 

Assist with client support requests or issue escalations as directed by the WBNY technical account management group (Producers and Account Managers). Address all account-related queries on time. 

Participate in technical conference calls associated with active game development.  Take good notes and see through any relevant action items. 

Perform research & coordinate testing processes

Identify problems on any of your assigned projects and help craft solutions. 

 

Qualifications & Experience

Basic proficiency with business communication tools such as email, messaging tools, internal Wikis, and applicable applications in the MS Office suite

Some familiarity with task and bug tracking software packages (e.g. Jira).

Proven foundational project management skills and interest in organization, processes and workflows.

Ability to communicate concepts, verbally or in written format, to other disciplines and interact with others as necessary to facilitate the completion of deliverables.

Ability to document meeting outcomes/decisions and set up and track tasks in the studio’s chosen software. 

Familiarity with estimating time and requirements for deliverables.

Some technical experience using REST API or other web services is a plus.

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)

Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)

Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA) A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended.

Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program.

 

What to know before applying:

The duration of the summer program regardless of which start/end option is 11 weeks. 

Program date options:

Option 1: June 1st – August 14th

Option 2: June 8th – August 21st

Interns will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.

Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive hourly wage. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.

We are interviewing through Fall 2025 on a rolling basis.  A Warner Bros. Discovery Intern team member will contact you if your experiences and interests match an open internship position. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to give individual status updates.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for roles in locations where legally required. Pay Rate: $23 per hour USD for undergrad interns.
